Memtest errors. Need help (twinmos ch-5)

Alright well i added a second stick of twinmos ch-5 512mb pc3200 so now im in dual channel for a 1gb total. My cpu is set at 2100+ at 11.5x200 for around 2.3ghz. My volts for mem is 2.77 and have timings as such
Cas 2.0
Rcas 3
ras 3
tras 7
anyway. I added a second stick and ram configuration 2-3-1-2-0
I got 16 errors in 1 pass.
259.8mb - 4 errors
275.6
275.7 - 2
275.8 5
etc

Whats going on. Should i worry about these errors even if my computer runs fine for every day gaming surfing and dling. What will i see happen during every day use because of these errors???

Anyway what can i do to fix these errors. up volts? Didnt think ch-5 liked high volts though plus anything lower that 2.77 gives mad errors.

Should i worry???

BTW im running on 8rda+ unofficial (non tested) 200 fsb board. Forget if i had errors with 1 stick as well but comp ran fine. BTW im talking right now from the same comp.

any errors at all is a bad thing, and will cause system instability

i could lower your timings or up voltage (but not go higher then 2.9v) untill it can pass with zero errors

hmmmm. Havent tried 2-2-2-11

Tried 2-3-2-6
2-3-2-7
2-2-2-7
trying 2-3-3-9

WTF how did you get 2-2-2-11. Is that what im missing?? The 11??
Also ran all tests around 2.77 vdimm. My doesnt doesnt have vdd adjustment. Shouldnt this run fine at stock voltage though to reach 200fsb

BTW. Is 11 what ch-5 likes or the nforce boards like??

Set to defaults (SPD) and run Windows Memory Diagnostic. If error, replace. If not, then try altering settings and run again. I have not heard of errors from running slightly out of spec but rather it just won't run at all. But what do I know? Ultimately, the best advice can be had from the folks at overclockers.

What is the "2-3-1-2-0"? Why did you change it just 'cause you added another? SPD is probably 2.5 3 3 7, or at least if I recall that is spec for Winbond CH-5 although some assemblers will program otherwise and sell it as something other than PC3200 CL2.5. tRAS 11 may just be a workaround for nFarce problems.

thats the memtest settings

ok so now its running stable at 2.9v 200fsb 2-3-3-11 but that seems pretty loose and i shouldnt need that much voltage to get stock. I know this stuff can do better. Is it cause im in dual channel?
I do have c1 stepping
