I have 2x512MB (1GB) of Mushkin PC4000's. It's working together with an Asus A8V Deluxe and a 3500+.

Here is a chart of the Memtest86 tests I've conducted.

FSB(M) : CL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS : Voltage : Test : Result (1 Pass)
200(11) : auto-auto-auto-auto : 2.7 : Default : Good - 0 error
218(11) : auto-auto-auto-11 : 2.8 : Default : 224 errors
218(11) : auto-auto-auto-11 : 2.7 : Default : 1 error (Test #6)
218(11) : auto-auto-auto-11 : 2.6 : Default : 2 errors (Test #6)
218(11) : auto-auto-auto-auto : auto : #6 : Good - 0 error
218(11) : auto-auto-auto-11 : auto : #6 : Good - 0 error
218(11) : 2.5-3-3-11 : auto : #6 : Good - 0 error
218(11) : 2.5-3-3-11 : auto : Default : Good - 0 error
228(10.5) : 2.5-3-3-11 : auto : Default : Good - 0 error
228(11) : auto-auto-auto-auto : auto : #6 : 711 errors
228(11) : auto-auto-auto-auto : 2.6 : #6 : 1304 errors
228(11) : auto-auto-auto-auto : 2.7 : #6 : 624 errors
228(11) : auto-auto-auto-auto : 2.8 : #6 : 1518 errors
228(11) : 3-4-4-11 : auto : #6 : 798 errors

I'm pretty sure there are problems with the memory. Can someone help me confirm this?

I haven't tried testing each stick by itself yet.

Test each stick individually. You might find you have a bad one that needs to be replaced.

I should but I don't want to. I bought it as a dual pack so both should work fine together.

Then return it. But it seems weird how it skips some mhz and it works...try bumping it right up to ddr500?
