Memtest errors at stock

Mobo is DFI nf4 SLi (3/10 bios) and mem is Ballistix 500, they do not play nicely with new Venice. Tried different things, updating bios, clearing cmos, tight and loose timings etc. just does not work.

Everything was working with 3200+ Winchester

Any ideas, someone had similar issues? Just a bad chip?
 
update bios.

i was using 310 as well with ocz vx... ran perfectly fine...

upgraded to some tccd... 100000000 errors in memtest...

updated to 5/10 and all errors disappeared..

try that first
 
Try one stick and see if that runs. I think there are other bios's that work better with ballistix that you might want to flash to also.
