Ok, so i stuck in a new stick of RAM (2 old ones were already there), and it said 2 errors after the complete test. Then i took the RAM stick out, and kept the 2 old ones in there, and it said 3 errors. Whats up with that? on top of that, i never had errors the very first time i tested it a long time ago.

thanks

Do a few errors really matter? I havent had any major problems to date, really. i tested another ram my bro gave me and it had thousands of errors, of course that was a bad stick, but like 3 errors?

Any error is reason enough not to use it. If you're overclocking or overvolting and something isn't up to it, that could be the cause of errors too. If you get any error on any DIMM at stock, it shouldn't be used.

Memtest. It's in his thread title.
