Memphis in May always seems to be massive thunderstorms in May. Wet t-shirts are good thing but it sure is muddy.

Check out Paul Thorn. He used to play at all the hole in the wall bars here in Tupelo, MS. Cool guy. He was a boxer before he started his music career. He has an awsome resume. Fought Roberto Duran on ESPN and has opened for Sting. He worked at Peoplelounger making furniture after his boxing career ended and then he started his music career.

Real little guy. If you met him you would never think that he could kick your a@@ in a heart beat.

I've always enjoyed Memphis in May, but damn, it's always packed and we always seemed to get there late. Decent lineup this year...I doubt we'll be going, but I'd probably prefer Sunday if we went.

I wonder if Three 6 Mafia will have the Oscar with them on stage? ;)

weadjust - check your PMs ;)

Trust me, I won't be buying tickets early and I will be watching the weather forecast. There is no way I am going if it is or has been raining!

I am going to see Huey Lewis, James Brown, and Chicago, and probably a few others.
