MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSOD

I don't know exactly when it happened, but when I woke up this morning, my computer was showing a MEMORY_MANAGEMENT BSOD (this is Windows 2000 Pro, btw). During the night I was raytracing an animation (in OpenFX); from the looks of the openfx temp folder, it appears that the animation didn't finish; thus I conclude that it crashed because it was under a high load. Anyway, is this due to bad RAM, or is it likely a bug in my software, or what could be causing this? TIA.
BTW, it hasn't happened again, and this is the first time that it has happened to me.

could be the amount of ram.. (not sure how much that program likes) could have been a heat issue?!?!.. check that out.. may-b a screen saver problem.. diasble it if you are doing something like that..

The program usually doesn't use a whole lot of ram (it's not like 3dsMax, fwict). I now think it might be because I'm overclocking too much (400MHz o/ced to 500MHz). This is because I got another (different) BSOD in NTOSKRNL earlier today. I'll try dropping it down to 450 and see if that solves the problem.
