Memory__ VCM Sdram or Mushkin HP Rev2 PC133?

My current setup is an A7V with a tbird 800, and some 2 year old generic pc100 sdram. Currently i get BSOD's and lockups every so often, and it seems to be my memory. Time to upgrade. I am wondering whether Nec's virtual channel sdram would yield better results in gaming or applications than some mushkin high performance CAS 2 pc133 ram, basically which one would I be better off buying since the prices are about the same.

I think both choice are equally good.. although i don't really know much about VCH ram.. what are they anyway? As in.. what's so special about them?

Care to enlight me?
