i just bought a biostar m7mke board and put memory in 160 mb but its only reading 64mb ,what is wrong??

Shut it down and reseat your ram. Also, does the manual specify any memory slot population rules, ie, can you run it in slots 3 and 4 before filling 1 and 2? Some boards don't mind, others do.
Could also have a bad module. :(

i reseated them and now no boot from any of them ,if i had bad memory my board would beep right?

I know this is a dumb question, but you did shut down and make sure the board had no power to it before reseating, correct?
Also, no boot from any of them?
Beep probably, but not always, especially if one is good.

How many sticks of ram are you using. Maybe one of them is bad. If you have more than one stick, have you tried booting up with each individually? If the re-seating does not work...
