Memory, worth upgrading?

Not a huge deal, but just wondering.

I have 1GB of Kingston HyperX PC2700 RAM (1 512MB, 2x256MB) I'm running at PC2700 speeds, but I've heard this ram will make 3200 no problem.

I'm ordering some new stuff for a new build - DFI LANPARTY UT nF3 250Gb + Athlon 64 3000+.
My question, will I see better performance with PC3200 RAM, or the HyperX that I already have OC'd a bit?

Is it worth trading my HyperX for new memory? I think the HyperX is still pretty good quality stuff.

Thanks for any input.

See waht the HyperX will do, if it will OC good, don't upgrade, if it wont and u can't live w/o the higher FSB, go for it.
