Ok heres the deal, I have a PIII 550E O/C 733. I would like to push this furthur but I believe my memory is holding me back. I have 4 128MB sticks of PC100. I was thinking of replacing them with a single 256MB PC133 due to the current cut in Memory prices, or should I just stick with the 512 and the 733MHz and just build a Athlon with DDR ram next year?

A single module is always better than multiple modules when overclocking. With my high FSB I can only run a single DIMM. I've tried many times to get more RAM in there, but always end up with instability. I'm suprised you have all 4 of your PC100 memory modules stable at 133MHz, or are you running with the -PCI option?
