Memory Viewer Software for XP??????

I need to be able to view memory locations and their values. Can anybody recommend free software that can do this? it must work in XP.

It's usually specifically prohibited for programs to view every memory location, especially in XP but good luck getting a free program to do it that isn't a bundle of trojans...

Edit: google for 'memory dump' program? A quick search on my part didn't turn up anything useful.
