Memory upgrade.

i feel like a noob. anyway, i have a toshiba m55-s1001 which only has 256 mb of memory. I would like to upgrade it with an additional 512 but i have no idea which kind of memory to use. How would I go about finding that out? Thanks

Here ya go..dont buy it direct from kingston...use Newegg.com or some other online retailer.
