Memory upgrade question

I am looking to upgrade my RAM from 256 to 512 or 768. Currently, I have a P4S333 mainboard, P4 1.6A, and a 256 MB PC2700 stick with Samsung chips. I am running this setup at 150 MHz FSB, the memory at 3:5 at the most aggressive timings that are available in BIOS. Both RAM and CPU are running at default voltages, and I would like to keep it that way. By my calculations, this means that my memory runs at an effective clock speed of 500 MHz. What is my best bet to make sure that any upgrade will also work at this speed? I know that in general you are supposed to try to match your memory sticks, but I am not sure how likely it is that another stick of PC2700 Samsung will be able to hit this speed. Any comments?
