Memory Upgrade Question

I have a Toshiba 2755DVD Specs Here and on it it says it can be upgraded to 192 Mb of memory. I don't know if this publications was put out before 256 mb chips were available but is it possible to put a 256 chip in it? Any response would be helpful
 
Your specs link does not work.

If it says upgradeable to 192MB then I would think that a 256MB SIMM would not work.
