Memory upgrade opinions?

I am planning on upgrading my RAM. I currently have this in my system on this motherboard.

I am looking for a 512 Mb stick to upgrade. How much does staying with the same brand (Geil) and same CAS latency (2) matter? I can save some $$ buying from a different company.

mixing brands usually is fine, as long as they can both run the speed you set them at.
