Memory upgrade from HyperX PC3500

Ok, I decided against the Athlon 64 and new MB, but I am going to get a 9800 Pro, 2 2500+ and some more mem.
Everything is going to trickle down to the wife and kids' machines, so my machine will have a 2500+ at 2.26 MHz and 410 FSB, A7N8X Deluxe rev. 2.0, and the 9800 Pro. The HyperX PC3500 will move on to the kids' gaming machine.

What I'm looking at is:
Another pr. of Kingston HyperX PC3500 2x512mb for $92.66
Corsair TwinX PC3200 2x512mb for $96.66
Corsair TwinX Pro PC4000 2x512 for $126.66

I am not limited to these choices, I can get similar killer prices on just about any K-Byte, Ultra, PNY, Kingston, or Corsair memory. Only thing is I need to decide by tomorrow morning (3/15) to get the price listed above.

Is there going to be any advantage to an upgrade?
Should I save a couple of bucks and just get some PC3200?
I am leaning toward the TwinX Pro PC4000 thinking at the very least I can run tighter timings and the $30 difference is no big deal.
Any thoughts welcome.

Oh, I know,.... I wish I could get that kinda price all the time, I'd set up shop myself. I just happened to luck into a private business to business deal.
