Memory to get with epox 8rda+

I'm looking to get some PC3200 memory to go with the 8rda+ but I'm rather confused since there seems to be compatibility issues. I will probably overclock a 2500+ but probably not too much, so all I really want is stable memorythat isn't very high priced, maybe around 100$. Also if someone will give me a good site, or just a model to buy from newegg. Thanks
