Memory Timings

Can someone explain memory timings to me (like I've seen 2-2-2 and I don't know what that means).

Also, how can I tweak it to gain performance, or it is already tweaked for max performance on a new MSI K7T266 Pro2?

2-2-2 is faster than 3-3-3 so if you can use the faster speed go for it
