Memory Timings

After getting my Twinmos CH-5, DLT3C 1700+ and NF7-S Rev 2.0, I dabbled in overclocking.

Sitting at 1.5V (1.47V actual), my 1700+ is sitting happily at 200x9. However, I cannot report my memory timings due to not knowing what number corresponds to what.

I see 6-2-2-2 as roughly considered to be aggressive, but what does the 6 relate to? and the same for the other 2's. Im definately not running my sticks that aggressively but i dont think im running them too lax. Any information to inform me of what the timings mean will help a lot.

As for overclocking, load temps seem to get up to around 48-50 so I dont think i will try to push the cpu much more for now but I might squeeze a bit more out of the memory. 1 Gb running in DC @ 200 mhz is very nice.
