memory timings - corsairxms3000?

im just wondering what are the best timings to get the highest ddr speed for corsair3000 c2?
i can run my 2.26b at 2.8 but this is pushing the mrmory upto 412 at 4:5 mem ratio. any ideas?
 
At that speed I run 2.5,6,3,3....I can run those settings with 2.8v up to 430mhz ddr stabily....

At pc3000 speeds I can run cas 2,6,2,2....doesn't like the 2,5,2,2....
