Memory timing translations

I recently purchased an ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131517) and 2 sticks of OCZ DDR400 PC3200 RAM (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820146969). As I posted earlier, the "autodetect" of the memory speed isn't foolproof: sometimes it correctly detects 400mhz, sometimes 333mhz.

I want to switch to manually telling the BIOS what to use, but I'm having a hard time finding decent documentation. For example, when the specs read:

Cas Latency: 3
Timing: 3-3-3-7

what are those numbers assigned to in the BIOS? I assume the first 3 means something, the next 3, etc. Would it suffice to just change the mhz speed to the correct 400 and leave it at that?

Assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Maybe I'm missing it, but where in the post does it say "the first number is tRAS, the second is tRCD", for example? It explains what each one does, but it doesn't show what's assigned to which.

I.E " Therefore, the numbers 2-3-2-6-T1 refer to CL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS-Command Rate and are measured in clock cycles."
