Memory timing and Video card.

I recently bought a gig of Rosewill ddr pc3200 3-4-4 memory, running in dual channel. It is running great at 2.5-3-3-11. Now I am thinking of buying a BFG 6800nu. Should I have bought ram with better timings. How big a difference will my framerates or gaming be if I would of bought CAS2 ram?

there will be no noticeable difference... you should be happy with new card

if you bought the best ram on the market, at probably 3x the price you paid for what you have now, you MIGHT see 2%.
