Memory Time. Should I plan for Dual Channel??

After much deliberation, I bought a KT400 M/B. Decided to wait and see what Via was going to do in response to Nforce2. Can always sell M/B later.

But now I need memory. Two 256Mb or one 512MB?? Should I be thinking about dual channel?? Plan to get either Corsair CL2 PC3500 or OCZ CL2 EL PC3500 (I know OCZ's rep, but this stuff is so tempting on paper).

Want to do CL2, 2-5-2, 1T
