Memory Testing Software

Anyone know of a software that will test RAM sticks? I wanna see if my old sticks are still good or getting old and on their way to the trash can.

there are several memorytests out there.
try
www.simmtester.com

they have a free software.

Or just try
+software +memorytest
with different search engines.
You will find enough different things. but it is not sure how
effective this tests are.
