memory testing program?

Is there a program that stress tests your RAM to see if it is all working correctly? I've been having a lot of spontaneous restarts recently that definitely aren't caused by heat but may be caused by either the motherboard or the RAM.
 
I don't know about stress testing but the big PC co's will usually have diagnostics available to run from FD's. If you have a home-built one though and can't find one that would work you could try SiSoft Sandra or Ontrack Fix-It Utilities. You could also enable the full memory test at boot in the BIOS but that would prolly be the furthest from a "stress test". Try the memory vendor maybe for some software tool.
