Memory/Storage Research Info

I need to do a report on some different kinds of storage and memory devices for this class I'm taking and was wondering if anyone had any good links for me. I need details on what (what the type of mem/storage is, datasheets, etc), how (how it is being used, who uses it, etc), and why (why use this type over others, ie price, performance, etc).

I've been looking around, but most of the stuff I've come up with is pretty general. I was wondering if anyone could give me a few links with some more specific data.

The types I'm doing the report on are: hard drives, floppy drives, SDRAM, DDR-RAM, and Flash
