I got 64mb of memory right now and want to upgrade to 128 or 256, I dont have a clue of what kind of memory or what speed the one that I have right now. I got it running in a celeron system. So is it possible to have 2 speeds of memory on one comp?? If not, what kind should I buy and where? Thanks yall.

If you bought the system built, it's probably 10ns PC66 memory. You can pull the memory out and see what the numbers are and we'll try to help

If you're only in the 66Mhz range, it's okay to put Pc66 & Pc100 since the pc100 will run at 66.

Yup...you can have memory that can run different speeds, as long as they can both handle the speed you're running at.

How high do you need to go? No need in buying memory that is faster than your cpu can handle.

I think I am gonna wait till I get diablo 2 to see how bad it runs with 64 mb. If its horrible the I will go for PC100 128 mb.
