BWAAHAHAHAHAHA

Girlfreind put my 512mb Sandisk Cruzer Micro through the washer + dryer and it still works! I had to peel it off the dryer wall cuz the plastic stuck a little bit to the sidewall. All the data still is okay and works like a champ. Way to go Sandisk!!!

lol, that's awesome...I'll keep it in mind. And now that I think of it...good excuse for comp classes. "My USB drive went through the wash!" "hah! I saw that thread on ATOT you little liar!"

Same thing happened to me 1GB Rosewill pocketdrive. What's more amazing is that the Rosewill drive isn't flash memory, but a very compact fixed disk & head assembly.

Yawp. Since losing the little cap a couple years back, my Lexar usb drive has been to hell and back to include going through a washer/dryer cycle. Still works like a champ 🙂

I left my cellphone (motorola V60i) in both the washer and the dryer and it still works like a charm. Except for the white stuff in the inside of the LCD.

The cpu was left in a pocket. I didn't bother to protect it as I was told it was bad. Turns out the mainboard in the system was bad so I put it in another system that had had a LGA socket and it fired up!
