Memory Stick vs. Memory Stick Pro - Noticeable Difference?

I've got a Sony DSC-P10 camera (for about a year now) that I like very much. I do wish occasionally that it didn't take so long between shots. I've read about Memory Stick Pro, and that it's faster, but wanted to see if anyone has made the chage and did you think it was worth it?

Only the very lastest digicams from sony take advantage of the increase in read and write speeds of the MS pro sticks. I dont think the P-10 has the circuitry to take advantage of the pro sticks.

there are many factors that contribute to long shot to shot times. first is the flash. if you use the flash there is going to be a few seconds for the flash to recharge, usually between 2-4 seconds. also how much juice is left in the batteries. and the size and quality of the picture as smaller size pictures takes less memory.
