Memory stick to secure digital adapter?

I am looking for an easy way to take advantage of the secure digital reader on my netbook but have a sony camera that of course uses a memory stick. I thought I could find an adapter into which the memory stick could be placed and then inserted as an SD card in the reader. But, I haven't been able to find one and was wondering if they are made or even technically possible? Any one ever seen one of these?
