Memory speeds, timings and voltages?

I am ready to pull the trigger (really this time!) on a P5B-E/Core 2 Duo rig.

I'm trying to decide on the memory and I see the Corsair XMS2 6400Pro is rated Cas 5 1.9 volts while the 6400C4 is rated Cas 4 at 2.1 volts.

Now I realize that the P5B-E is specified to run with the 6400Pro memory but it seems that the C4 is basically the same memory just overclocked by Corsair? Maybe?

Just really confused on what memory to get for the P5B-E. I do plan on overclocking of course.

Will the P5B-E boot up with the 6400C4 running 200Mhz at 1.8 volts or whatever is the default? I mean will I be able to boot up to raise the memory voltage if I go with the C4?
