the most likely reason is probably the info they used to benchmark the memory is stored in you cache so it speeds up the second time & you should notice that after a certain number of time the score will have reached it's point. You should base your result on the first results only after restarting the computer. I always base my results after I have restarted the computer because then the memory is refreshed & the 1st thing i run is the memory benchmark & i always get the same score of around 349/407 the 1st time.
