Memory SPD

I have a stick of Corsair XMS PC2700 DDR Memory. So far, I can't get any SPD readers to identify this stick.

Here is the model Number: CMX512-2700C2.

I would like to see if it is running at the defualt 166MHz. I manually set it (after I flashed the 1004 BIOS on my P4S8X) and it seems to run fine. I need to go back and check the timing settings...used to only run at 2.5-3-3-6 timing.

Any ideas on why none of the "sysinfo" programs will read this stick. I tried SPD_TOOL, Z-CPU, and HWINFO 1.2
