memory skew settings on nf3 boards

Cant find a really good guide out there for describing how to adjust the various memory skew settings in the bios on my chaintech or on a dfi lanparty 3. I saw a benchmark somewhere where people were adjusting it for better stability, but cant remember where that was.

Anyway, what do memory skew settings do and how do I adjust them to make my system faster or more stable?

yes someone enlighted us on this, and also all the stuff at the bottom of the DRAM screen in the bios that sits on auto
