Memory Settings

Hey guys, I just got this K8N Neo2 Platinum, and I don't understand the bios. I never really set up a comp before, but seems like I've gotten everything handled so far... except my ram.

I have 2x512 Kingston Hyper-X DDR500 PC4000 ram sticks, and I don't know how to set the bios up to run at that speed...
(i.e) Clock settings, Row precache, mis RAS#, RAS to CAS#, memory timing, <Trp, Tras>

If someone would please explain how to enter this properly into the bios, and where to enter these numbers (3-4-4-8-1) that I found on the details list of my ram it would be very appreciated. Again, I just want my motherboard to be running or accepting the speed of my ram, pc4000 ddr500.

Here are some more specs on my ram.
KHX4000K2/1G
1GB (512mb 64M x 64-Bit x 2 pcs.)
PC4000 CL3 184-Pin

Power Supply: Vdd: 2.6v +- 0.1V, Vddq: 2.6v +- 0.1V
Double-data-rate, Two data transfers per clock cycle
DQS
Differential clock inputs
Programmable Read Latency 3 clock
Programmable Burst length (2,4,8)
Timing Reference: 3-4-4-8-1 at +2.6V
Clock Cycle Time (tCK) 5ns (min) / 10ns (max)
Row Cycle Time (tRC) 55ns (min)
Refresh Row Cycle Time (tRFC) 70ns (min)
Row Active Time (tRAS) 40ns (min) / 70,000ns (max)

Can anyone help me?

if you use the bios default with automatic settings, it doesnt handle your ram properly?
