memory settings utility

is there a memory program/tool/utility that tells you what ALL or most of your memory settings are set to...for example TRFC, TRWT etc etc...I have a few of those options set to "Auto" in my BIOS so I wanted to know what values they are actually set to...

CPU-Z only shows you a partial list of the most commonly used memory options such as TRCD, TRP, TRAS etc...I want to see more then just those few...

Good luck with it, I've never been able to get my system to work well when using it. It is most likely user error though.
