memory settings (probably for zillionth time)

i found 1 *recent* article about the best settings and i even wrote them down .
then i had to RMA my board and now i cant find either again anywhere.
i have micron which i know is good for cas 2, but what are the rest of the settings ?

the best setting is set clock to host-4 WAY BANK-all other the lowest number you can get...
that's the best settings--Would this make your system stable? beats the hell outta me--I got NO CLUE....
