Both seem of decent quality, but from the picture, it looks like The Rosewill uses Samsung chips (TCCC chips, at that). If anyone buys this, please confirm if they do in fact use these chips.

well the Kingmax is CAS 2.5, while the Roseweil is only CAS 3...don't know how much difference that makes

Looking at the picture, and from the fact that it is rated at CAS 3, I'd bet that they are Samsung chips. By the way, what is the big deal about TCCC chips? I don't know THAT much about memory.
