There are a few 16GB (4x4GB) memory kits on NewEgg that seem affordable (~$300). I'd like to see a review, especially since I'm considering a 2nd gen Core-i build, where the P6 will only support dual channel.
I'd also like someone to compare with the 8GB (4x2GB) kits and if anyone knows of 32GB kits or any sticks with 8GB dimms, let me know (and I'd like to see a review). I'm not interested in the overpriced ecc 8GB server sticks. Though, I'm curious if the 8GB sticks perform better than 2x4GB.
I'm looking to ramdisk the hell out of my temp files.
