Memory recommendations for P5B?

I'm planning on buying an Asus P5B and Conroe E6400 soon.

Thinking about 1GB but should I go for 2GB?

And what memory should I go for?
I want something cheap, not overclocking, but should I still go for PC6400?

If I go for 1 GB do you think this will be fine? (Corsair 2x512mb PC6400)

Not looking to spend more than $160 or so on 2GB and no more than $110 or so for 1GB.


Thanks for any advice you can give.

 
this would be your best choice, and definately get 2 gb, especially if you game at all.

memory

i have that memory in my rig and it runs awesome and in case you change your mind it overclocks well.
 
While im still trying to decide i went to the asus website and went to the download section if you download the manual it has a list of tested/suggested memory for the P5B
