Memory Recommendations for Intel D865GBF mobo

I am getting the Intel Purchase Program bundle consisting of:
1.) Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 Processor 3.0 GHz with Hyper-Threading Technology
2.) 800 MHz FSB Intel D865GBF Motherboard

What memory is recommended for this mobo?

Should any particular brands be avoided due to incompatibility?

I am in the same boat as many others who lucked out w/ the Intel deal.

Panning on getting Kingston 512MB Kit HyperX DDR 400MHz 2-2-2-6-1 for $111.

I think this is about the best deal for memory with an Intel board since overclocking is not much of an option. I heard that timings are not as important with Intel boards as with other brands.

Anyone else have any input??
