Memory reccomendations PC2700 CL2.5 or PC3200 CL3

What is the general opinion given the choices of PC2700 CL2.5 and PC3200 CL3? Which is the better choice? This is for use with an Asus A7N8X deluxe.

My own personal advise... take it as you like... if you are going to overclock the system take the 3200 the speed will more than make up for the latency, but if you are not going to overclock take the 2700 cuz the cas 3 latency will draw you back at 333 or 266 speeds... i think the best choice personally is taking a 2700 CAS 2 stick from corsair or mushkin...
