Hello,
About March of this year, I bought parts to build a computer, then I bought a stick of 512 MG Crucial RAM that was 16T. Now I want to upgrade. I bought a stick of 512 with the same clock speed from the same manufacturer from the same place (newegg), however, this time it said that it was 8T, will this be a problem if I try to run the sticks in dual channel?
Thanks

Have you tried them?
It is possible that the speed will be limited by the slower stick. But, other than that, they should work fine. There will be problems if there are major differences like one stick single-sided and one double sided.

No, I have not tried them yet, it hasn't arrived yet. I just noticed the difference right after I had already ordered it. But hopefully, it will all work out like I plan it to.
Thanks
