I have a few ?'s about system memory. First and foremost, when setting the memory fsb in BIOS, what is the second number? (example: 166/33, 200/40, etc.. ) What do the numbers like 33 and 40 mean? Secondly, I have 512 of OCZ PC3200 - and I have my CPU speed set at 12x166 = 2ghz. Now, I know I can set my fsb to 200 and multiplier to 10 to equal the same CPU speed, but would I get xtra performance gains if I set the memory to 200? Something I should point out though is that my system locked up when I set it to 200 w/ timings of 2-3-3-6. Would setting the CAS latency to 2.5 and keeping the speed to 200 fix that, or should I go with something like 185 and keep 2-3-3-6? Which one would be faster?

That would be your PCI/IDE speed for the FSB

Yes higher FSB with the same CPU speed is faster.

You could try upping the v's for the Memory and it may run stable. Lower Cas Lat. settings would be faster in most cases...
 
I can't change memory voltage in my BIOS, unfortunately. I can only change Vcore for the CPU - right now I'm running at 195 mem frequency @ 2-3-3-6. I'd just like for it to hit what it was advertised..

I looked through the A7V8X-X's manual and it looks like you're correct, no option for adjusting the memory voltage. My suggestion is to get a different motherboard such as a Shuttle AN35N Ultra, which is going to leave the PCI/AGP speeds at their correct frequencies of 33 and 66 MHz all the time, and will allow you to raise your memory voltage to 2.7 volts. They're very affordable, and you can always sell your old board off.
 
The next purchase I plan on making is an extra 512 PC3200, and a nForce2 mobo to take advantage of my memory, maybe in about another month or so. Anyways, I'm comfortable with where I am at now - ran Memtest86 for 3 hours and Prime95 for 8, w/ no errors.
