Memory Question!

I ran a memory benchmark in Sandra. Here is the results:
PC100 128 meg INT ALU/Ram Bandwidth 382 mb's
Float FPU/ Ram Bandwidth 448 mb's

PC133 256 meg INT ALU/Ram Bandwidth 386 mb's
Float FPU/ Ram Bandwidth 449 mb's

Does this sound right? I would think that there would be a bigger diference. Both memory running at CL3.

what system (cpu/mobo/etc...)? was the pc133 running at a 133mhz fsb or was it just pc133 ram on a 100mhz fsb?

PC is a:
K7M mobo
Athlon 750@900
Maxtor 45 gig ata 100 7200 rpm
pc133 ram on a 100mhz fsb
I have the PC133 in now. Is there something I can change to make the memory run at 133? thanks for the reply!

the K7M runs PC133 at a asynchronous clock, 100/133 so the increased latency probably brings the PC133 memory scores down

you might be able to change between 100 or 133 ram on a jumper or in the bios, go explore
