I bought a stick of 256mb PC133 RAM from crucial. It is the correct type for the motherboard, (Asus A7 Pro), and I'm buying a T-bird 850 to put in. Will the t-bird run at the correct speed with the pc133 ram? I'm not sure because of the t-birds 200mhz fsb... can someone straighten me out?:)

It'll run fine. The Tbird runs on a double-pumped 100mhz FSB. Your multiplier for your 850 will be 8.5*100. The ram will be fine. Enjoy.

the memory will work fine... amd processors use both "sides" of the fsb, so your memory will actually be running at 100mhz. nice thing is, you can overclock a few mhz at a time up to 133mhz since you got the PC133 ram.
