Memory question

Ok, so I'm about to build my system.

I haven't decided, but I will get either a E6300 or E4300. There doesn't seem to be a consensus about which is the better chip.

But my main question is about RAM. I really don't know a whole lot about performance on different types of RAM or anything.

I would link it, but newegg is down.(at least for me right now)
OCZ FlexXLC Edition 2x1GB DDR2 800
Cost $250 after rebate

And I saw some by a different brand that was 2x1GB DDR2 800 also, but the price was I think about $190 or so with no rebates.

Now I know the OCZ is a better quality, but what kind of performance difference will there be. Is it worth the extra $60 for it? I plan on OC whatever CPU I get to about 3.0-3.2, I plan to use stock HS/Fan.

Advice?

* With the E6400 you don't need to spend as much on memory to get the same overclock as an E6300.
* That Flex OLC is a hilarious product marketed at "xtreme gamerz" and the like, see if you can get a Killer NIC bundle with that.
* Get a better fan than the stock one, just do. The Tuniq Tower or Zalman 9700 or Scythe Infinity or Big Typhoon are regarded well, generally.

OK, actually with the price of that hotdeal RAM, I think I am going with that PC5400 and get the 4300. I don't think I would go past a 3.0 OC anyway. So that seems to be my best bet(since I would save $80 on RAM price) not worth that money to get the little extra performance for me.
