Memory question

No difference at all unless you are overclocking your CPU. The faster RAM will run in synch with your FSB by default and there'll be no difference between getting 5300 and 6400.

Unless your board has a DRAM multiplier and you set it so your ram runs at DDR2-800 speed while your CPU is using the same 266Mhz base FSB.
