There is no MEMORY section here and I know all MOBO's require it so I guessed this might be the best place to ask this MEMORY question.
I'm looking to buy some upgrade memory and came across this question. While reviewing memory prices at Newegg and at Crucial I came across a couple different types of ram. I'm looking to get PC 133 CAS2 SDRAM.
On Crucial's site for my mobo it offers different sizes naturally and I'm generally focused on the 256mb stick size. Here is what they offer:
256mb SDRAM, PC133 ? CL=2 ? Unbuffered ? Non-parity ? 133MHz ? 3.3V ? 32Meg x 64 @ $56.00
They also offered this smaller size:
128mb SDRAM, PC133 ? CL=2 ? Unbuffered ? Non-parity ? 133MHz ? 3.3V ? 16Meg x 64 @ $31.00
My question is about the last part of each listing that list 32Meg x 64 and 16Meg x 64. Does this have to do with the speed of the ram or just a matter of fact based on size as I see it increases as does the size of memory on the stick of ram?
What does it mean and does it matter? I ask because Newegg offers this:

I could buy a gig worth of the Newegg 256mb PC 133 CAS2 ram for $288.
and or I could buy the exact right stuff from Crucial at the price of $224.
What would you do?
