Memory question

Hello, I currently has 1 gig of ram (2x512) of Kingston Valueram PC 3200 DDR400 CAS 3. I am looking into adding another stick of 1 gig (1x1gig).

My questions are:
1. Is it okay to get other brand as long as it is the same type pc 3200 etc?
2. Is okay to do 512, 512, and 1 gig since only 3 memory slots to equal 2 gig?
3. Any recommendation for 1 gig single stick ram? (I'll newegg of course 😛)

Spec of computer:
AMD 64 3200+ 2.2 ghz Newcastle Socket 754 (L1 2x64KB, L2 512KB)
Asus Mobo K8VSEDX
Kingston DDR-SDRAM 1024MB (2x512MB, single channel CAS 3)
BFG 6800GT OC AGP
Thanks for any help you guys can spare.

Regards.

1. yes
2. yes
3. I think people often recommend Corsair value ram...although that can change dependent on the board. And no, please don't just "newegg" shop around at other known stores for the best price. Not all of us think newegg is the end all.
